High Ratio Mortgage
This type of mortgage usually exceeds 80% of the appraised value of the property or the purchase price, whichever is less.
The borrower is required to pay an insurance fee if a mortgage is required in excess of
80%.

Second Mortgage
- A Prosperity ONE second mortgage is available upon qualification for those who own or are buying residential property, or who need additional funds and have sufficient equities in their residence.
- This type of mortgage is provided in conventional and collateral forms for up to
80% of the appraised value of the property or the purchase price, whichever is
less (combined first and second mortgage).
- Mortgages may be amortized up to 25 years.
- Your choice of mortgage interest terms is 6 to 120 months or a variable rate.
- Mortgage payments may be made weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly and can be deducted from your account automatically.
